All CLUB COMPETITION ENTRANTS
Deadlines have been set to ensure all games are played by the given date. The correct procedure is that the name or names drawn first must contact their opponent to arrange a suitable time and date to play their match,a maximum of three attempts may be made to arrange an appropriate time and date. If upon the third attempt a suitable time and date cannot be agreed then the name or names drawn first will win by default.It is the responsibility of the name or names drawn first to keep record of the number of attempts made,this can be entered onto the sheets in the pavilion by means of a tick next to their names for each attempt made.If there are any questions or matters that need resolving please do not hesitate to contact me.
